Juanetta Dietz is the Founder and Board Chair of Still Me Foundation and Founder of Still Me Collective. She is an author and community advocate dedicated to advancing mental health awareness, emotional wellness, and healing-centered programming.

LaTonya Blount is the Director of Governance & Compliance for the Still Me Foundation and a Regional Manager at Esquire Deposition Solutions, bringing more than a decade of experience spanning governance, compliance, operational leadership, and large-scale business transformation. Her professional background includes expertise in strategic planning, digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and risk management, supported by deep capability in project management, system integration, and change management.
In her role as Director of Governance and Compliance, LaTonya strengthens organizational integrity and accountability by designing and implementing governance policies, supporting program and partnership growth with compliant frameworks, and guiding ethical practices through staff training and clear operational standards. She is recognized for building practical, mission-aligned systems that enhance board transparency, improve decision-making, and reduce legal and reputational risk—especially in periods of growth and increased public visibility.
At Esquire Deposition Solutions, LaTonya leads multi-market operations across the region, collaborating with HR, finance, and operations to standardize processes, elevate compliance, and optimize performance. She has driven measurable revenue growth by expanding enterprise relationships, strengthening regional market presence, and leading the rollout and revitalization of key client accounts to ensure contractual adherence and an improved client experience. She also supports full-cycle talent acquisition and onboarding, accelerating time-to-productivity through structured training programs.
Previously, as founder and executive leader of Jacksonville Girl’s Power, Inc., LaTonya served as a hands-on governance leader—ensuring legal compliance, overseeing donor and contract requirements, managing organizational risk, and supporting board governance while delivering community programs that empowered young women through mentorship, workshops, and resource initiatives.

Carrie Dyer earned her Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University, where she worked as a research assistant, laboratory instructor, and Chemistry Central Stockroom Manager. In these roles, she developed strong organizational, operational, and systems management skills while supporting student learning and research success.
After dedicating several years to raising her six children, Carrie returned to professional life as a substitute teacher, continuing her love for education and mentorship. She currently works as an accountant at Redwood Materials, where she brings analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to transparency, integrity, and accountability.
As Director of Finance for the Still Me Foundation, Carrie supports responsible financial stewardship, budget oversight, and clear financial communication. She is committed to ensuring the Foundation operates with integrity and long-term sustainability so it can continue serving women with both compassion and structure.
Carrie was drawn to the Still Me Foundation because of its dedication to supporting women through vulnerable seasons while preserving dignity and strength. She believes meaningful impact happens when care is paired with thoughtful leadership and responsible systems.
Outside of her professional work, Carrie enjoys running, spending time outdoors, baking (especially when it involves feeding a crowd), and being with family and friends. She is actively involved in her church community and proudly considers herself an aspiring pickleball player.

Kristina Lara Gaytan is a creative entrepreneur, educator, and community leader passionate about building meaningful experiences that bring people together. She is the founder of Live A Little & Co., a wedding content creation company dedicated to helping couples and families be fully present on their most important days. She also founded The Kind Crystal and Sunny Signs, two businesses rooted in intentional design, connection, and celebration.
Kristina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from California State University, Long Beach, and holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. Her background in education and behavioral science informs her thoughtful leadership style and deep commitment to supporting growth, resilience, and empowerment. In addition to her professional work, she serves as Chapter Advisor for Alpha Omicron Pi – Delta Nu at the University of Nevada, Reno, where she mentors collegiate women and supports leadership development.
As Director of Development & Partnerships for the Still Me Foundation, Kristina supports relationship-building, community engagement, and partnership growth to expand the Foundation’s reach and sustainability. She is honored to serve a mission deeply aligned with her values. The Foundation’s commitment to accessible, low-cost, and free mental health resources for adult women reflects her lifelong dedication to education, advocacy, and emotional well-being.
Kristina is passionate about helping create spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with who they are — and remember that they are still themselves, even through life’s most challenging seasons.

Teelee has always been drawn to people—their stories, their resilience, and the ways connection can shape who we become. She holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University, and her work centers on creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and genuinely connected. She believes growth happens most naturally when individuals feel safe enough to show up as themselves and supported enough to keep evolving.
That belief is the heart behind her service with the Still Me Foundation, where she helps guide programming dedicated to storytelling, education, and leadership development at the intersection of mental health, identity, and becoming. Through healing-centered initiatives, she works to foster community through honest conversations, shared experiences, and meaningful collaboration—because none of us are meant to navigate life or growth alone.
As Director of Community Programming, Teelee brings a relational, systems-informed approach to building experiences that prioritize psychological safety, authentic connection, and sustainable community impact.
Outside of her professional work, connection continues to guide how she lives her life—whether through slow mornings with coffee, laughter around the dinner table, or meaningful time spent together. She is passionate about building communities where people feel welcomed, understood, and reminded that even as life changes, they are still themselves—growing, becoming, and belonging along the way.

Kaitlyn Witt is a Project Coordinator at the Center for the Application of Substance Abuse Technologies (CASAT), where she oversees event logistics, data management, and program operations for recovery and prevention initiatives. She collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate Nevada’s annual Walk/Run for Recovery Celebration and supports statewide workforce development by advising students pursuing CADC-I and PRSS-I credentials.
As a CADC-Supervisor and PRSS-Supervisor, Kaitlyn provides clinical and professional supervision to emerging counselors and peer recovery specialists, strengthening ethical practice and workforce sustainability within Nevada’s behavioral health system. She also instructs CAS 254.1001, Signs and Symptoms of Addiction, enhancing student understanding of substance use disorders.
In her role as Director of Strategy & Impact for the Still Me Foundation, Kaitlyn applies her expertise in data management and program evaluation to strengthen measurable outcomes and overall effectiveness. Drawing from her professional background in recovery and prevention, she brings a strategic, evidence-informed approach that enhances accountability, impact, and long-term sustainability for the Foundation and its partners.

Trinidy Blount is a Virginia-based communications professional with experience in written and visual content creation, social media strategy, blogs, promotional materials, and community-based initiatives. Her work balances strategic messaging with honest storytelling, ensuring that communication not only informs, but truly connects.
She brings expertise in creative direction, media, and publication strategy, helping organizations craft messaging that is clear, compassionate, and aligned with their mission. Trinidy understands that strong governance and vision must be paired with humanity, especially in spaces centered on mental health advocacy.
Her connection to Still Me Foundation is both personal and values driven. She is deeply committed to mental health awareness and creating environments where women feel seen, supported, and empowered without shame. Trinidy believes that even women who “hold it all together” deserve space to process their own emotional needs, and she is passionate about building communities where honesty and healing are welcomed.
A lifelong competitor with a creative spirit, she proudly earned 3rd place in the Junior Olympic 50-yard dash in 4th grade, a small but meaningful reminder that determination has always been part of her story. Trinidy is honored to contribute her voice, strategy, and heart to building spaces where women can heal out loud.
